Our journey started 26 years ago working in a small diner in Miramar. I have held every position in a casual restaurant from cook to management. I really enjoy the people side of the industry and also like the fast pace of a busy kitchen.
Our #1 goal is guest satisfaction and building relationship with our guest. We also want to take casual dinning and take it to the food truck format. Looking forward to sharing all the flavors of our South Florida Melting pot with all who will give us a chance. The end game for us in this adventure is to create a concept that is unique and successful and turn it into a chain of restaurants.
